How we operate

The Approach 580 programme is overseen by a Board which includes members drawn from both the residential and business communities as well as representatives from key public sector agencies including the local authorities, Northwest Development Agency, the Learning and Skills Council and Greater Merseyside Enterprise.

The programme is being managed by Knowsley Metropolitan Borough Council through the Approach 580 Delivery Team and implemented by a number of public bodies - Knowsley MBC, Liverpool City Council, the Northwest Development Agency, Liverpool Land Development Company and Knowsley Development Partnership.
