Knowsley Development Partnership

Approach 580 SIA is supporting the expansion of Knowsley Development Partnership, a successful public and private-sector initiative between Knowsley MBC and Caddick Developments.

Its aim is to bring forward new development sites and premises on vacant land within Knowsley Industrial Park and Knowsley Business Park including the Senator Point Phase Two and Millbrook Court schemes.

This project will attract around £7 million of new private-sector investment, create 230,000 sq m of new business space and 460 new jobs.
