Aintree Industrial EstateAintree Industrial Estate has seen little improvement work since the 1950s although 5,000 people are employed at the site where leading business names include Jacobs, Trigon Snacks and Remploy. Approach 580's aim is to upgrade the estate for the benefit of existing occupiers and to attract new investment and jobs to the site. Key elements of the plan will include upgrading the infrastructure and public realm, improving access to the A580 and developing a new identity for the estate. |
