About Us

Approach 580's key aims are to :
  • Create the right physical environment for business growth.
  • Build business competitiveness in the area.
  • Help local people to benefit from the opportunities that are created.
It is expected that the total value of investment in regeneration projects in the Approach 580 area during the lifetime of the SIA will be around £150 million and that the programme will create over 3,500 jobs and safeguard 1,000 others.
